3、多食奶制品。有证据表明，多食用奶制品的人怀上双胞胎的几率是普通人的7倍。
4、饮食中添加野生的山药。研究显示，作为山药类植物的一种，红薯中含有丰富的黄体酮（孕激素的一种），对调节女性的月经周期作用很大。红薯皮中含有一种化学物质，据悉这种化学物质可以促进排卵。
5、35岁以后再怀孕。有研究表明，这个年纪的女人自然怀上双胞胎的几率更大。
6、多生孩子。并不是说要像那个八胞胎妈妈一样，但是生的孩子越多，从概率上来讲生双胞胎的可能性就越大。
